WHY i Founded performance method.
I spent 25 years leading sales, account management, and delivery teams across recruitment, training, and SaaS, including 23 years as a board director of a recruitment and training firm.
During that time, we grew the business to £12m in revenue, expanded across multiple offices, and built a team of more than 200 people.
The business was successful, and in many areas we had clarity, capability, and connection. That is what drove our growth. But there were still gaps where those elements were not fully built.
Those gaps created dependencies on key people, including the directors. Stepping away was harder than it should have been. While the business performed well, it could have been more profitable and far less dependent on us. That experience is what led to the Business Waterwheel™.
Today, I help business owners identify where clarity, capability, and connection exist in their business and where the gaps are quietly costing them time, profit, and independence. Then I systematically build what is missing.
